About us
My name is Natalia, I am a confectioner by the call of my heart.
By nature I have been a sweet tooth since childhood. In my childhood I dreamed of working somewhere in a confectionery factory, decorating cakes, trying and inventing new sweets. Time passed, I grew up, the dream was forgotten … I got education in a completely opposite direction (engineer — metallurgist).
But after the birth of my first son, Leo, my heart, or maybe my love for sweets drew me into the «sweet life» and I can’t stop!
It happens that if I don’t bake or cook sweets for a few days, I start to «itch» and I am looking for an excuse to make something, more interesting even, to create something new myself).
It all started, probably, like many people…. I baked for myself, and then a friend asked me to make a cake for my wedding anniversary. As I remember now — Two Lions and 3 lions lying on the heart.
And that’s how it started. And now it’s become GoldTortix Pastry Shop. Bon appetit, sweeties!
